By accessing or using onefourart.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all users of the Site, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, particularly under the jurisdiction of Dubai.
1. Use of the Website
This Site is operated by OneFour Art, a business registered in Dubai, UAE. Users must be 18 years or older to make purchases. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited activity under UAE law.
2. Product Information & Availability
While we strive for accuracy, all product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur due to materials and screen calibration.
3. Pricing, Payment & VAT
All prices are listed in AED. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment gateways in compliance with UAE Central Bank standards. Prices may include UAE VAT where applicable.
4. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in accordance with UAE commercial practices.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary depending on the type of artwork:
Canvas artworks are produced within 5 business days and then shipped.
UAE orders: Delivered within 3 business days post-production.
International orders: Managed on a case-by-case basis; we will liaise directly with the customer.
Other treatments (resin, layered acrylic, Alubond) enter production post-order. We aim to complete these within 10 business days and will coordinate with the buyer throughout.
Artisan series involve bespoke interaction with the artist. We will contact you directly after your purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. This policy is compliant with UAE consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property (IP) on the Site is owned by or licensed to OneFour Art and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Related Rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our control as outlined under UAE Civil Code.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be referred to and resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
