1. Production & Delivery Timelines
- Canvas Prints (Unlimited Series)
Production Time: 5 business days
UAE Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
International Delivery: Custom quoted. We'll contact you for courier options, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Limited Editions (Acrylic Sandwich & Alubond)
Production Time: 7–10 business days
UAE Delivery: 2–3 business days
International Delivery: Coordinated individually
- Artisan Series (Canvas with Hand Enhancements)
Production Time: 10–15 business days (post-purchase coordination)
UAE Delivery: Based on timeline with artist
International Delivery: Based on location; coordinated directly

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your artwork is dispatched. All packages are shipped with protective wrapping and appropriate documentation.
3. Delivery Concerns or Damage Claims
If your package arrives damaged or has any delivery issues:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- We will review and coordinate a resolution swiftly.
4. Customs & International Duties
Buyers outside the UAE are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import clearance charges imposed by their local authorities. We assist with the necessary documentation to ensure smooth processing.

Shipping timeframes differ based on artwork type:
- Canvas (Unlimited): Produced in 5 business days, then shipped
- Limited Editions: 7–10 business days post-order
- Artisan Works: Custom-timed with direct artist collaboration

Note: Larger pieces (above 90 cm) require Pick up / truck delivery. Kindly allow one extra day for logistics.
